Lino Print Artist
Norfolk Born, I’m a self-taught artist and printmaker living and working in West Norfolk. About eight years ago, after writing professionally for more than twenty five years, I rediscovered my love of colour, texture and design at a two hour rag-rug workshop. Since then I have gone on to explore mosaics, glass, hand made felt, textiles, papercuts and print-making.
Working from my own sketches and photos I tend to be inspired by the same subjects, developing the ideas using different techniques. I love the coast and country, gardens, birds and the rich colour and chaos of domestic life.
Sue is one of those artists who dabbles in all sorts of making and just can't not make! Here at Reef Make & Do she delivers workshops in Lino Printing, Pop up cards and Block Printing on fabrics.
