Sue's workshops have thrived over the last 14 years, moving from in person classes to online and back again!  Classes are informal and fun, all the ingredients, instructions, snacks and equipment are provided unless stated.


Sue has spent many years perfecting her approach to Sourdough baking in particular and recently has been exploring bread ingredients in depth producing her own flour from specialist grains, and imagining a future of nutritious bread in a rich, low carbon food system.


Sue teaches as whole range of fabulous bread workshops here are Reef Make & Do from Sourdough and Christmas breads, to GF and breads for brunch.
