I believe that most people know what to do to improve their wellbeing however, they experience a gap between knowing what they need to do and actually doing it. I help and support my clients as they bridge that gap. As a facilitator and coach I specialise in behavioural change, and through my training I am able to help my clients to identify how to make the most effective changes to their life. I then work alongside them as they put these into practice until they become part of their lifestyle.
Through interactive, informative workshops, day retreats and coaching sessions, I assist women who want to focus on making positive changes. Shifting the focus to more self-care and to creating a feeling of well-being.
Whether for groups or individuals, I offer tailor-made tools to re-think habits and lifestyle practices, resulting in ‘the best we can be’.
