Spurred on by the colder weather, I love getting ready for winter by making stores. I love having a cupboard full of delicious store cupboard preserves, not only because it is an inexpensive way to use up any seasonal produce you grow or buy but also because these preserves add welcome hearty flavours in the depths of winter.
Come and join me for the first instalment in this Making Stores series where we will be creating some of my favourite and delicious recipes that will add some colour to your eating! We will be making
* Scrumptious lemon curd
* Preserved lemons
* Lemon squash
Start collecting / saving any lovely jars that you may like to use but I will also provide jars if you would prefer.

*More than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee.
*Less than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee ONLY if your place can be filled
*Less than 14 days before course commences - no refund but a credit towards future courses at REEF Make & Do, minus 20% admin fee
*Less than 5 days before the workshop no refund if we cannot fill your place.
