Get ready for Christmas with the wonderfully festive day of bread making with Sue Hudson. Book Now. Date: Monday 9th December Time: 11am - 3pm Cost: £135 Venue: O'Brennans Cafe, Great Walsingham Barns, Great Walsingham. NR22 6DR Come and join me and renowned bread maker Sue Hudson here at Reef Make & Do for a fabulous, festive day making and eating a range of delicious Christmas Breads. We will be making our breads at our brand new venue : O'Brennans Cafe at Great Walsingham. All Sue's workshops are suitable for novice bakers as well as those wishing to brush up on their skills, fill their bread bins and enjoy a few hours of creative fun! Festive means indulgent and traditional so come along and join in the creative fun and be prepared for the holidays when we will be making - Pear & Almond Fougasse - a large impressive sharing bread - Stollen Bites with homemade marzipan - Beautiful Pandora - a traditional star-shaped Italian cake eaten at Christmas You will also get to see Sue prepare a large focaccia for cooking: we will eat this with our delicious homemade sharing lunch. You will get to take your Pandoro tin home at the end of the day so that you can recreate this beautiful Italian cake for Christmas's to come. Sue will provide all the ingredients for the workshop. Please bring your own apron and several boxes or baskets to take your loaves home in as well as clean tea towels to cover them - some of the breads may still be warm when you take them home. *Please note that there are only 6 places for this workshop instead of the usual 8 for bread workshops due to both the complexity and .time needed. Sue Hudson is a baker based in South Norfolk. She is passionate about beautiful, delicious bread made by hand with fresh ingredients. Having built up her bread making workshops over the past 12 years, your workshop will be relaxed and informal and you will make, shape and bake beautiful breads and rolls. Making bread is a rewarding and therapeutic skill Susan loves sharing with her students.

Terms and conditions Cancellation : *More than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee. *Less than 6 weeks before course commences - refund minus 10% admin fee ONLY if your place can be filled *Less than 14 days before course commences - no refund but a credit towards future courses at Reef House, minus 20% admin fee
