North Norfolk & Little Walsingham

Located in Little Walsingham, near the historic Walsingham Abbey and the scenic North Norfolk coast, Reef Make & Do offers accessible creative workshops for locals and visitors alike making it the perfect spot not only for spending a relaxing day making and doing, but also wandering along empty beaches and exploring the Norfolk area before or after your workshop.  The main venue for workshops is at our new home Stonegate Farm in Little Walsingham: the majority of workshops are here. Bigger (and messier) workshops are held at the beautiful Wiveton Parish Rooms.

Walsingham itself is a large country village with plenty to do.  It is famous for being home to one of the four great shrines of Medieval Christendom:  The Basilica of our Lady.

It is also famous for the snowdrop walks in the 20 acres of gardens of Walsingham Abbey.  There are  shops for mooching, the Walsingham Farm Shop, cafés such as Read and Digest and Nortons as well as  a great hotel and pub too: The Black Lion.  We also have a really fabulous wine shop/ bar called Vined Me which is definitely worth a visit for wine, tapas, music and more.

Norfolk is a haven for artists and creatives in general and, as such, there is much to see and do across the county.  Norwich is certainly worth a visit as well the numerous  local galleries and exhibitions.  Were also have a vibrant and well supported Open Studios trail twice a year.  I can help you with planning if you are coming to stay and would like recommendations.

If you think that you might like to come and stay nearby for a workshop or even combine your visit with a little holiday then do get in touch and I can send you some recommendations.
